Music Therapy is the clinical use of music as administered by a Board-Certified Music Therapist to address the nonmusical goals of an individual.

Music Therapy can be utilized to address physical, psychological, cognitive, behavioral, and/or social functioning through the use of specifically designed music interventions.

Assess and set Goals

At the start of treatment, the client’s strengths and needs are assessed. Music Therapy goals are then set to meet the client at his/her level.
